MotiDice is a daily motivational quote application that provides curated inspirational quotes across categories including Daily, Career, Mindfulness, and Focus. The app allows you to save quotes, track your motivation streak, and view your quote history.

• You may use the app anonymously with limited features.
• To access full features (saving quotes, history, syncing across devices), you must create an account using email/password or Apple Sign-In.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use automated systems or bots to interact with the app
• Interfere with the app's infrastructure or security

4. Intellectual Property

The app design, code, and original content are the property of MotiDice. Motivational quotes included in the app are attributed to their respective authors and are used for inspirational purposes. You may share individual quotes via the app's share feature for personal, non-commercial use.

5. User Data

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

6. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the app (Profile → Delete Account). This action is irreversible and will permanently remove all your data from our systems, including:

• Saved quotes
• Quote history
• Statistics and achievements

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Motivational quotes are provided for inspirational purposes and should not be considered professional advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MotiDice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the app.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
